  • Referral Fee:

    • 5% of our overall commission if the referred person has a property to sell or list.

    • 10% of our overall commission if the referred person is looking to buy or rent a property.

  • Eligibility:
     To be eligible for the referral fee, the referred prospect must not already be in our database or previously contacted by ERA Real Estate.

  • Payment:
     The referral fee will be paid within 30 days of the transaction closing.

  • Confidentiality:
     All prospect information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of real estate services.

  • Agreement:
     By signing below, the referring person agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.
