Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights concerning the personal information that ERA Real Estate Malta holds and processes about you.

These rights include the right to:

• Access your personal data – request information about the personal data ERA Malta holds about you.

• Correct your personal data – request that inaccurate or incomplete information is corrected.

• Request deletion – ask us to delete your personal data where applicable.

• Restrict processing – request that the way in which your personal data is processed is restricted in certain circumstances.

• Object to processing – object to certain uses of your personal information.

• Request data portability – request that eligible personal information is provided in a structured and portable format.

• Withdraw consent – where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

When submitting your request, please provide enough information for us to identify you and understand the nature of your request.

ERA Malta aims to respond to legitimate requests within one month.

Depending on the nature of the request, we may need to verify your identity before releasing, changing or deleting personal information.

Complaints

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta regarding the processing of your personal data.
